The Hezhong lightweight rollover adopts a 300-kilogram class rollover special axle, and the steel rims are made of super lightweight 28kg low-carbon steel rims. Compared with ordinary steel rims, the self-weight is reduced by 150kg. The entire vehicle is made of high-strength steel materials of sufficient thickness, such as Baosteel and Taiyuan Iron & Steel, making it lighter in weight and stronger in strength.

The height of the waterproof edge from the ground is a highlight of the lightweight rollover feature of Hezhong. The waterproof rim is 1.49 meters above the ground, effectively reducing the vehicle's weight, lowering the center of gravity and height of the semi-trailer, increasing the cargo space, and at the same time, under the height limit driving system, saving fuel costs.

Ultra-high load-bearing capacity, safe and worry-free

For a long time, side-tipping dump semi-trailers have been the preferred choice of customers due to their large cargo capacity, good unloading stability and high safety factor. The goods transported by side-tipping dump semi-trailers are heavy, so higher requirements are placed on the vehicle chassis, especially the axles and tires. The axle is not only a key load-bearing part of the chassis but also related to the braking and driving performance of the vehicle. Therefore, the selection of axles and tires for side-tipping dump semi-trailers is of Paramount importance.

According to the loading habits of the side-tipping dump semi-trailer, Hezhong Lightweight side-tipping selects 300-kilogram class side-tipping dedicated axles. This axle has innovatively developed a thickening process for the axle head at a specific position, achieving the dispersion of force on the axle head and enhancing the durability of the axle. The tires selected are special anti-load, wear-resistant and side-rolling tires, which are pressure-bearing, durable and have a long service life.

The 5+1 oil cylinder of Hezhong Lightweight side-tipping adopts a "hybrid cylinder" design. Different cylinder diameter schemes are formulated for different cylinder spacings, which greatly improves the unloading efficiency and avoids the problem of uneven cylinder load capacity caused by different cylinder spacings, resulting in asynchronous lifting and thus affecting the unloading efficiency. The Hezhong lightweight rollover adopts a lifetime maintenance-free balance beam. The base plate adopts a 1.8 high-strength base plate.

In response to the cracking problem of the flip beam, Hezhong innovatively designed an integrated through-type flip beam. The steel is integrally formed, featuring high integrity, strong load-bearing capacity and greater durability. It can effectively prevent problems such as weld deformation caused by uneven force distribution. The integrated through-type flipping bracket reinforcement design fundamentally eliminates the problem of bracket welding opening.

The sideboard is dual-purpose and highly maneuverable

In modern logistics transportation, goods show a diversified trend in types, and unstable sources of goods and flexible routes have also become the norm.
